Dean Haeusler works professionally as a pen and ink sketch artist. He has worked solely with the pen and ink medium for over 20 years. In that time Dean has worked as an artist in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, New South Wales and western Australia. He has now made his home on Hobbs Road, Roaring Camp, in the Snowy Mountains; just next door to the Monaro in Far East Gippsland.
Dean works on a wide variety of subjects and is often commissioned to draw. Dean’s art philosophy is a simple one, “If it breathes, he won’t sketch it”. His subjects include:
